The focus of my practice is helping people who have reached a crossroad; men and women in the second half of life who have lost their sense of meaning and purpose; young adults striking out on their own for the first time and wondering where their genius lies; couples about to be married; and couples in conflict wondering how to stay together. These new experiences are fraught with unexpected moods like anger, fear, self-doubt, and loneliness. Old ways of coping no longer work. But fear not.
