I am a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience providing psychotherapy and consultation to adults, adolescents, and couples. I have experience treating a wide variety of problems and a diverse population of people. I work best with clients who are interested in exploring their thoughts and feelings in an effort to learn more about themselves. I treat depression, anxiety, stress, loss, work and relationship issues. During adolescence these struggles often emerge as eating disorders, self harm/cutting and substance abuse. I specialize in helping adolescents with these body based disturbances. I also work with couples to navigate a crisis and/or to overcome obstacles to satisfying relationships.
