As a psychologist I offer thoughtful therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families who feel very unhappy or stuck in painful patterns that they cannot explain. Over the years, I have provided consultation, testing, and psychotherapy to children, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, learning difficulties, behavior problems, relationship issues, unresolved grief, addiction, and a variety of other concerns. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and aimed at fostering resiliency, empathy, and self-awareness.
