I specialize in working individuals, couples, and families dealing with challenges and role changes. I also work with individuals who suffer from PTSD, severe anxiety, and relationship issues. I have been practicing therapy since 2012. My therapy methods are systemically based and range from EFT, Behavioral therapy, art therapy, Sand Tray therapy, and mindfulness training. I work to implement such therapies with children, adults, and families that are challenged with depression, anxiety, bullying, child abuse, and family life cycle changes.
