Working with clients who are dealing with depression and anxiety are a focus of my practice. I work with couples and really like doing so. Breast cancer patients are also a specialty. Life transitions, parenting and family issues, adoption issues, eating disorders and ADD issues are also areas that I have expertise in and find rewarding to work with. Modalities I work in vary, but it includes psychodynamic “talk” therapy, DBT and CBT, life and executive coaching, body-oriented therapy, including sensorimotor psychotherapy. My style of working is a relaxed one, utilizing a number of modalities, depending on what the client needs. I bring humor, curiosity and optimism to my work and love what I do.
