Therapist Overview
Being a teen or 20-something adult is a time of huge transition – you don’t have the innocence of a child, yet you don’t feel ready for adult responsibilities (even in your late 20s – trust me, I know!). Many feel like they don’t belong, constantly doubting themselves and their worth. But this is also a time of opportunity… a time to find yourself and what makes you happy, learn to establish healthy boundaries with others, and grow into the person you’re meant to be. I am here to accompany you on that journey. Together, we will work to let go of self-doubt, welcome self-acceptance, and move forward with a sense of power and purpose. I help teens and young adults who are motivated to live lives that are boundless and expansive, free from their inner judge. So many of my clients started in a place of deep worry and doubt, and now report feeling joyful, living in their power, and trusting their own choices more deeply. There is a reason why you came to this page, and I am glad you’re here. I know that picking the right therapist isn’t easy, so I offer a complimentary strategy session where I can hear about what’s going on, tell you more about how I work, and we can see if it’s a good fit and go from there. Sound good? Schedule a time to zoom/talk here! I am excited to meet you.
