Therapist Overview
I believe in the power of connection and that we are all capable of positive change and growth, through compassion, vulnerability and awareness. My passion lies in working with individuals, couples and families who are dealing with the impact of substance use and/or mental health issues including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss, to name a few. Through my 7 years of experience in the substance use / mental health field with trainings in EMDR therapy, grief and loss, motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT and my formal education, my goal is to work with clients to tailer their therapy to meet their individual needs. With compassionate care, I strive to provide a safe and judgement-free environment, meeting clients “where they are”, to personalize the experience, in order to empower individuals and families in their healing journey.
