Through the lens of Positive Psychology, I utilize the framework of Self-Determination, Personal Growth Initiative, Willpower, Motivation, and Mindfulness as platforms for sharing how to smoothly maneuver through the many challenges and changes life presents. I introduce interventions and methodologies proven to elevate ones daily life experience. The relationship I share with my clients serves to promote self-growth, as we shine a light on the roadmap to optimal wellbeing and life satisfaction.
