We live in a culture of “do it yourself,” and “pull yourself up by your bootstraps,” which makes it extremely difficult to sit in the abyss of not knowing how to make the next move. Life can be so disappointing and leave you wondering, “What’s the point? What’s my purpose? Why can I not pick myself up and get on with it?” Maybe you are in need of someone to listen or guide you through the hard parts of life. Maybe you want to work through past trauma and pain that has left you with so much anger and so many questions. Maybe you are struggling to complete daily tasks.
