Teen angst? Bring it on! I work with adolescents, teens, and parents in navigating the difficult years of forging their identity. If you are having difficulty connecting with your child, tween, or teen I will assist you with enhancing your connection while simultaneously setting boundaries as a parent. Sounds like a difficult feat? I know! But isn’t it from the challenging times that we gain the most? Do you remember what it was like getting through middle school? Many of us would like to forget, however, with assistance it does not have to be so difficult for your child or for you to reach them. I offer children, adolescents, and teens an outlet to explore the challenges of navigating peer pressures, complicated family dynamics, and the increasing pressures of transitioning into adulthood. I offer the option of outdoor therapy sessions giving children the opportunity to discuss their concerns in a non clinical environment of their choice. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy for yourself or your child or you are returning to therapy, I welcome you! Making the decision to begin therapy is not an easy one.
