I have over 25 years of experience providing therapy to children, adults and families who are dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief and family/marital problems. I have a particular interest in early childhood mental health and parental relationships. I am trained in CPP (Child-Parent Psychotherapy), ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency) and SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Treatment). I have a Masters Degree and a CAGS in Marriage and Family Therapy and have a good understanding of the complexities of family systems and couples challenges.
