For over 20 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families on relationships, career, performance, health and life transitions. I am a relational coach and consultant, licensed as a psychotherapist in New York. I am a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work and Ackerman Institute for the Family. Additionally, I received my EMDR training through the EMDR Institute and am an Advisor and Lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work.
