One of the greatest qualities found in any person, is being able to ask for help. Sometimes we find ourselves “stuck” in life’s difficulties and constant changes. However, reaching out and allowing someone the opportunity to assist you in navigating your way through these challenges, is a powerful first step. I want to assist you in creating stability and peace within yourself so that you may live life at your pleasure, in a safe and welcoming environment. My hope is to assist you in realizing, creating, and accomplishing your life’s goals, as well as providing you with the tools to maintain your new found peace of mind. I will work with you by providing a relaxing atmosphere and a place where you can feel a freedom of expression. I have experience working with individuals with an array of life’s disruptions including, anxiety, stress, sexual trauma, and depression. I also have worked with the youth population regarding trouble at home, school, and every day life in general. Also, being a military veteran, I have seen many of the added stressors that life will throw at you. I am ready to help you take on your challenges by motivating you to give it all that you have, but understanding that I will stand by your side and do the same.
