As a clinical psychologist working in an integrated health setting, I practice with a holistic approach. My goal is to help you continue taking small steps to where you would like to go. I take a person-centered and strength-based approach to help people practice accepting who they are right now, while also moving in a value-driven direction. As a generalist clinician, I have experience and specialty working with clients of all ages across a variety of life concerns. These include anxiety and depression, perinatal and infertility concerns, identity issues, trauma, sleep difficulties, behavior disorders, weight management, LGBTQ+-related issues, chronic pain and other medical conditions.
