Therapist Overview
Being a human being is complicated. As humans, we require a witness to our life experience and emotions. It is my honor to be that witness for each of my clients. For an adolescence, it can provide a rare space where they can work through feeling, conflicts and develop more adaptive ways of being. Our lives are full of change, and it can be the source of stress. For adults too who are stuck or are struggling with feelings, life, and trauma a safe place offers comfort. Therapy can provide a space for curiosity, discovery, and creation. A place where meaning and authenticity can be found. I am a therapist who works from an affirmative, trauma-informed, client-centered, evidence-based lens within talk therapy. I also incorporate, somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment strategies. I specialize in issues of sexual orientation, and gender orientation concerns especially among adolescents, trauma, and addiction. It is my personal belief that as human beings we are stronger and more resilient than the problems that bring us into therapy. “I am passionately curious. I believe through curiosity and willingness the truth becomes available and the authentic is possible”. I Am Accepting New Clients At This Time.
