Therapist Overview
The Behavioral Therapy Collective provides evidence-based psychotherapy (Comprehensive DBT program, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy) with compassion and collaborative treatment planning. We are an intensively-trained team who specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and in treating mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and other issues. We work with you to identify the issues that are driving or reinforcing your symptoms, and to provide you with lifelong tools to help you build a life that you find worth living. In addition to individual psychotherapy, we offer adherent DBT programs for adolescents and adults, as well as an advanced program. This includes individual therapy, group therapy, phone coaching, and weekly team consultation. We also provide a CBT and trauma program, and conduct various parenting workshops and groups for a wide range of issues. I was intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy at an adherent, 9-month long training program in 2013, as well as through Marsha Linehan’s training organization, Behavioral Tech. I have also had advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & ERP, Prolonged Exposure for Trauma, CBT-E, as well as experience with ACT, MCT, and other approaches.
