I enjoy working with people who feel like they are ready to make a change in their life but need additional support to reach it. As a bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) therapist I enjoy working with children and adolescents, LGBTQ identifying individuals, and young adults transitioning into adult life. I have worked with individuals with past and recent traumas, LGBTQ teens and adults, parents who would like to prepare their children for transitions into middle school, high school, and college, as well as individuals seeking to improve their coping skills. I understand that therapy is an extremely difficult process and stigmatized for many of those around us. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship, I can help create a safe environment that will ease you through the difficulties that come from exploring yourself.
