Therapist Overview
**PLEASE NOTE, I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. Change can be really tough. Chances are, you’re probably repeating similar patterns over and over. We all do this. It can really help us at times—if something goes well, let’s keep doing it, right? But then what do we do when it doesn’t go well? What do we do when it seems like each time we’re doing the same thing and getting the same response, and it’s not what we want? These patterns can go on for so long and when we finally want to do something about it—well, it can be super daunting to untangle what feels like a giant, complex, layered knot. I see therapy as helping to untangle this knot. Having a collaborative partner in the untying process who can help us see how experiences and situations from our past shape how we see the world today can be incredibly helpful. It’s my view that therapy is very much a relational process. Having a strong alliance with your therapist is what ultimately leads to insight and personal change. If you want to start tackling the seemingly unending knot, please email me. We can talk a little more about what’s going on for you and see if we might be a good fit.
