Perhaps school, work, responsibilities, and current events have you feeling down, overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed. I pride myself on partnering with persons that are seeking active listening, a place to vent, relief & understanding while allowing them to tell their story & be the expert on their life. I specialize in working with individuals that are willing & ready to explore themselves & their options even if they aren’t feeling like they are capable or strong enough.
