Transitional experiences are a part of life. Often we are able to fully embrace, celebrate, grieve and pass through these with ease. However if you find yourself in a struggle or notice your child struggling, if joy is missing from moments that should be joyful, if fear inhibits your desired growth or if your child and family seem to be unraveling, if your teen is always angry, or can’t find purpose– maybe this is part of your life’s journey where you allow yourself to be supported. I work from a strengths perspective, treating, diagnosing and offering opportunities for insight, growth and healing. Your story is the focus of care. Through an eclectic psychotherapeutic approach I combine both evidenced based interventions with creative elements to design a compassionate, holistic approach to your journey. Art, nature, music and mindfulness are combined to your comfort but I hope to challenge exploration so that you can discover, heal, gain insight, find peace and vigor on your journey. I have worked with children, families and individuals including caregivers and trauma victims, those struggling with addictions and all forms of behavioral health challenges.
