Therapist Overview
*Accepting new clients* Bridgette fully believes in the capacity of change and understands that everyone at times is subject to the whims of a randomly cruel universe. She helps clients understand that although life happens to all of us, that doesn’t mean it has to stop. She strives to be an agent of positive change within the lives of her clients as she helps them reach the optimum state of mental health and wellbeing. Through her relationships with clients, she hopes to help them learn to examine their thoughts, feelings, attitudes, values and behaviors as she enables them to grow and change in positive ways. Bridgette believes that the client is the expert on themselves and evokes change through a healthy and non-judgmental collaboration between client and counselor. Her therapeutic sessions are facilitated by mutual respect, empathy, accountability and transparency. Bridgette also volunteers with Sully, her certified therapy dog through Pet Partners. I offer evening and daytime sessions during the week and can also provide video sessions via Zoom. In addition, I offer one free 20-minute phone consultation to talk about your needs and how we can work together. Please contact me over phone or email when you feel ready and I look forward to speaking with you!
