I have experience in many evidence-based practices and would work with you to identify goals that you are comfortable with. I present as an upbeat, down to earth person that wouldn’t be considered your “typical therapist”. My co-therapist, Maggie, is a certified therapy dog and available at your request. My goal is help you find or recreate hope, resilience, and strength (and beyond). As mentioned, my speciality is working with the whole person. Not only do I focus on the person but also their surrounding environment and what they bring to the table.
