Therapist Overview
It’s hard to be yourself when anxiety and self-esteem issues make you doubt who you are, and makes you unsure of where you want to go in your life. Wondering why you feel angry all the time, wrestling with doubts that you’re capable and fully functioning at home, school or work, the worry of why can’t you feel like you. Will you feel like yourself again? The anxious feeling when wondering if the people you care about will still want to be around, if you were able to be who you feel you are inside. You may want to feel in control again, and find the best way to handle situations and emotions that don’t leave you exhausted or angry. You may want to figure out how to start being who you really are, being true to how you feel inward and how you show the world who you are, and with confidence. It’s about you being comfortable and happy inside your own skin. All persons, from those who identify as straight cis to LGBTQIA+ folx, have the right to identify needs and work on them in a safe environment. Visit my website for more info about the work I do.
