Therapist Overview

I understand that clients do not always understand why they are struggling. I help the client navigate through basic human issues such as hopelessness, loneliness, boredom, fear, anger, guilt, shame, grief, career dissatisfaction, health, and existential crises. I help the client put coping skills in a tool box to handle these struggles. I specialize in trauma work, PTSD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, and mindfulness practices. I work with adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups. I use EMDR and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I use an individualized eclectic approach to therapy. I provide a safe, nurturing environment for healing and growth. I am available in the evening and on weekends.
