I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are struggling with behavioral, emotional and/or social concerns. I am happy to provide consultations to parents or to work with the child or teen for ongoing treatment. I will help the individual and their families come up with an individualized, goal- directed plan to work on inside and outside of the session in order to help progress extend to the home and (if applicable) school or work environments. I always build upon already existing strengths to help alleviate any ongoing issues. I feel as though it is important to understand a comprehensive picture of the individual and address all relevant factors that may be playing a role. My approach includes evidence-based treatments that will be tailored to the individual depending on the presenting issue and goals.
