My goal as a Therapist is meeting people where they are, helping individuals heal holistically, mentally and emotionally. It is also my goal to assist individuals with improving and stabilizing their wellness and mental stability. I bring a potpourri of warmth, nonjudgement, sympathy and caring which allow individuals to feel comfortable, accountable, and at ease with sharing their inner most thoughts and feelings. I come from both sides of the table, I have sat where you are and where you are sitting now is the most important. “Almost Everything will work again if you Unplug it for a few minutes, including you”. My treatment approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I am flexible with various treatment modalities and will utilize the approach that best suits the individual and meet their needs. As a Solution focused therapist it is imperative that we focus on the solutions and rid ourselves of the problem. It is time to unplug, start anew, and lead a life worth celebrating. Change is inevitable, and we cannot change difficult situations, but we can change our approach and overcome them. Lets grow together, celebrate and rejoice in our wellbeing.
