( English | espaƱol ) Every person is seeking love and acceptance from one another. Life is meaningful when we connect with others. So, why is it so hard to navigate through relationships? Our culture, family of origin, and social expectations play an essential role in the ways we engage with others and influence our current struggles. We need love and acceptance for relationships to thrive, and so often we find ourselves in relationships where our needs are not being met. During our sessions, we will identify the underlying emotional needs and gain tools to communicate those needs to others. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where people can increase their understanding of the unhelpful patterns of behaviors that might be causing them pain and hardship while recognizing strengths that will allow the healing process to begin.
