Therapist Overview
I have experience working with several populations including adolescents and young adults. I mostly use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. However, I believe therapy is most helpful when it is holistic and customized for each individual. I often add aspects of other treatment models to my treatment plan and tend to include creative/expressive activities to my therapy sessions. My goal for each client is to empower them by teaching them skills they can eventually use on their own to cope with life’s stressors. I view therapy as a team effort and I truly enjoy watching clients grow.
