Therapist Overview

In a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I strive to create a collaborative and trusting relationship with my clients. Based on the practices of DBT, CBT and a strength-based approach, my goal is to help you work toward an enhanced sense of well-being, self-confidence, and personal satisfaction. I have been intensively trained in the application of DBT and am experienced in a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, anger management, suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviors. I have 20+ years of clinical experience and welcome adolescents as well as adults to my practice. Through the process of counseling, I will guide and support you as you regain self-confidence, better understand your current relationships, and build a life worth living. I offer evening appointments and am currently accepting new patients. Please reach out to me via email or telephone to schedule time to meet.
