I am a skilled, and experienced psychotherapist who offers a supportive and non-judgmental environment for the therapeutic relationship. I provide short term solution focused or medium to long term therapy for adults and teens, depending on individual needs.
I see people struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, ADHD, ASD, and relationships. I bring my compassion and my commitment to my clients seeking help resolve their issues. I use constructive, evidence-based strategies that are aimed to maximize your strengths, allowing you to increase self-confidence, resilience and well being.
