We’ve experienced growing up with our parents being guarded about sex, having their views of what it means to be in a committed relationship, and past trauma that’s impacting our current relationships… and so goes on an intergenerational cycle of misinformation and challenges when it comes to being in a fulfilling relationship. Do you feel uncomfortable talking about sex or sexual issues you’re having in your relationship? What about having conflict or communication issues? Do you find yourself wishing you could reconnect with the past loving partner you once knew? These are all common issues experienced in most relationships. In a society that is built up against time, money, and energy I understand how it can be difficult trying to make time for a meaningful relationship. That’s why I am here to help.
