Therapist Overview

The decision to come to therapy is an important step towards empowering yourself. It is my mission to collaborate with you on your journey towards building the life you desire. Together, we will work through releasing patterns that no longer serve you, finding your balance, inviting self-compassion into your life, and healing. I provide a shame-free environment where warmth, empathy, and humor are encouraged. You are one of a kind, which is why I do not practice with a, “one size fits all,” approach. It is my belief that you are the expert in your own reality. With this in mind, we can utilize problem solving and interventions that can be worked into your everyday life. I am flexible and tailor my approaches to work best for you. My therapeutic style is eclectic as I pull from different styles to best serve you. Finding a therapist who best fits your needs can feel challenging, which is why I offer a 25 minute video/phone consultation free of charge. This is an opportunity for us to explore what you are looking for from a therapist and if my style best fits what your needs.
