My clients are seeking goal-oriented, short-term, supportive therapy for adults, teens & children, often to address changes in their lives (loss, life changes, family conflict) or because they have a desire to function “happier” and more effectively, Many of my adult clients are experiences life changes related to work, marriage, empty-nesting, return to work or adjusting to retirement. Teens and young adults are often seeking supportive therapy that is aimed at coping with anxiety, depression, college planning stress, and family issues. Many of my younger clients have diagnosed learning differences, ADD/ADHD, or anxiety. Specialty areas include treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders with a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy & Positive Psychology strategies. As a trained Neuropsychologist, I offer neuropsychological & psycho-educational evaluations for diagnosis of learning differences, ADD/ADHD, & cognitive decline relate to medical conditions. The focus of my practice is about moving forward with positivity. Our therapeutic work together will set the stage for a unique game plan for success that is individualized for each client’s strength.
