Anger issues getting in the way of your relationships at home or work? Difficulty managing the strong emotions of anger, grief or sadness? Perhaps you are great at faking “All is okay” by forcing a smile and jokes, but inside crumbling. Others may be envious of your life but you feel shame about what is really going on inside. There is a reason for what you are feeling. Together in therapy we figure out the roots of your emotions. Better yet, you will learn tools and techniques to manage anger, grief, sadness, anxiety, and/or depression. Every one has the potential to change, I have been privileged to witness this change in clients. Therapy is a safe space to explore your feelings and behavioral patterns. Therapy can be a powerful healing experience. My job as your therapist is to provide a safety net so you may experiment with options, try out new tools, and start to make sense of the swirl of emotion blocking your life’s forward movement. I want you to feel better and feel in control
