As an active psychotherapist, musician and school counselor for the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, I work with motivated clients who want to obtain greater self compassion, acceptance and productive strategies to assist in establishing a healthy balance in their professional and personal lives. My interactive psychotherapy practice incorporates empathy, humor, dialectal behavior and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies. Skills overcoming addictions, codependency, depression, anxiety, phobias, interpersonal conflict and trauma are taught and practiced both in session and between appointments.
