Therapist Overview

I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. There are so many changes taking place during these stages of life and it can feel overwhelming and scary at times. I love working with people as they work through these transitions, find themselves, and become more confident and self compassionate. **When you call to schedule, please specify that you would like to see me!** I use an eclectic approach to meet a client where they are at and use what works for them. Approaches I use include elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), client centered, strengths based, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and brainspotting. The number one indicator for therapy outcome is the client-therapist relationship. I strive to provide a calm, comfortable, and supportive environment to help foster a good working relationship and allow for clients to feel safe and accepted.
