I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults age 20 and older, and specializing in treating people over age 65. I trained at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) in New York City, and worked there for 9 years before relocating my practice to East Hampton. My clients come to me because they are struggling with anxiety and depression, which affects their relationships, self-esteem, and quality of life. Regardless of what is going on around them, they feel overwhelmed, scared, and alone.
