Therapist Overview
***During the COVID-19 outbreak, I will be continuing to provide services via telehealth.*** I believe we all have a story or understanding of our lives that includes the past, present and our vision (however vague) for the future. There are times and events in our lives that disrupt this narrative and strain our coping skills, our vision of ourselves and, at times, the meaning of our lives. Whether the moment that we decide to seek out therapy is the culmination of events or the result of a significant change, it is an important decision. My practice is a collaborative one. I will work with you to understand where you are, how you arrived there and how to make change. We will work together to understand your current areas of strength and stress, your patterns of thought and action, and the information your body is giving you at various moments in your life. Through development of skills, EMDR, and other therapeutic techniques, we will work together to meet your goals.
