Life is often hard, and sometimes gets the best of us. If you are struggling, stressed, depressed, fed up, or otherwise out of sorts, I will help you to get back in control of your life. Or perhaps you are doing well and seeking personal growth. Therapy is a safe place to be heard, experience healing, explore possibilities, set goals, and reach them. I see individuals, couples, and families. My individual clients include children (no play therapy), adolescents, adults, and elderly. I specialize in mood disorders, stress management, anger management, relationship conflicts, interpersonal boundary problems, men’s issues, parent training/consultation, AD/HD across the lifespan, educational evaluations, and grief/bereavement. I have thirty years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist, and have owned a practice for the last 14 years. We are conveniently located off Valley Avenue on Beacon Parkway West, just a few blocks from Homewood Middle School. Most insurances are accepted.
