The people I work with are often experiencing some type of psychic pain and are looking to alleviate that. They may come to see me because of difficulties with family, friends, partners— issues with their job— or low self esteem and self defeating thoughts. Or possibly they are having more intra-psyhic conflicts such as anxiety and depression. I help people relieve these symptoms, while also utilizing therapy to bring more joy and satisfaction in client’s relationships, work, and self-regard– simultaneously helping them grow to become their most fully realized selves. I have done 6 years of psychoanalytic institute training, which means that after obtaining my master’s degree in social work, I went on to study further, to have a deep theoretical base and years of practical experience as a clinician, in order to best assist clients.
