My ideal client is hard-working and goal-getting. You are an athlete, exerciser, performer, or competitor (yes, competing at life counts too!) and you want to be better. Maybe you are working to overcome a mental road block, an injury, or perhaps you are already excelling at what you do and you want to get to that next level. You understand that there is more you can do than just the physical aspect of sport and there are tools you can learn to be better over all. You want to improve mental skills such as confidence, concentration, composure, and emotion regulation. You want to find your why and stay motivated. You want to achieve. In my sport psychology practice, we will work together as a team to develop the mental skills you need to be successful. I get that sport (and life) happens outside of the office.
