Many people find themselves with one hand tied behind their backs. They weren’t taught or allowed as children to express what’s happening inside of them. Rather than showing any vulnerability, they’re told to not feel, to act as if everything is fine. Given these messages, we can lose track of who we really are and what we really want. Unfortunately, this leaves many people with few ways to know their needs, wants, and conflicts when it comes to the most important parts of their lives: their relationships. While I see people for a wide range of issues, I’m dedicated to helping those who want to work on themselves in order to improve their well-being and relationships.
