I am trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy, an evidence-based therapy for young children between 2.5-7 exhibiting behavioral challenges such as aggression, negative attention-seeking behaviors, low self-esteem, and defiance. Many parents who enroll in PCIT express feelings of stress, frustration, and are overwhelmed by attempts to manage their child’s behavior while maintaining a positive relationship. As a Certified PCIT therapist, I provide live coaching to teach parents specialized skills which address these concerns while also strengthening their relationship. I also provide various types of evaluations. My background in school psychology and clinical work experience allows me to provide comprehensive evaluations with individualized recommendations.
