As a Psychotherapist, I am, first of all, an ally who provide support and a safe space to be. Then we go on a journey together: from an unawareness of the self, from superficial goals and aims towards an understanding of your individuality and to a state of centeredness-unified, integrated self. The success of my approach is built upon a solid foundation of classical psychoanalytic training and the sensitive use of various other healing modalities I have mastered over time (EMDR, Mindfulness, energy healing).
