I am also a (CYT-200) certified yoga teacher and I believe in incorporating natural holistic products/methods during the therapy process. These methods may include learning the aspects and benefits of meditation and breathing exercises and the practice of gentle yoga poses. I am a firm believer that every child is capable of change.
