My approach to therapy is based out of Psychodynamic and Social Learning theories as well as evidence-based approaches. CBT and Solution Focused therapies are my most commonly used approaches along with motivational interviewing techniques to help guide you towards how to live more in the present in order to thrive and have a more successful future. I am passionate about helping others to succeed and make it my priority to provide as much education, support, and patience needed in order to maintain stability.
