For many of us, myself included, counseling often becomes a process that refuses to come full circle. We are seeking help, but that help seems to elude us and we struggle finding the right fit or the right method that might provide the direction we need. I was inspired to pursue counseling as a career by my desperate need for help along my life path, and my desire to provide that guidance and compassion to others, in a clear and consistent way. In addition to my work in office at Alive Austin, I am therapy director for Simple Sparrow care farm. Please ask me about scheduling a session at the farm for a non traditional approach.
