I provide individual and couples therapy for clients struggling with a full range of emotional and interpersonal concerns. My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized and relational. Although my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I am adept at utilizing integrative techniques from other modalities when warranted. I have an extensive background working with individuals from many cultures and life experiences. My clients seek assistance in working on relationships, sense of self, life transitions, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and overall emotional well-being.
