Are you feeling ready to make changes in your life? I believe in you and your ability to heal by opening up and work on what is present. By creating a safe environment and attuning to you, I provide talk therapy or a drama therapy and expressive arts approach. Drama therapy can give you the opportunity to externalize what has been stagnant and help you find a healthy way to express and focus on what is present. My personal approach is client-centered and strength-based. My goal is to assist you to discover your authentic self. I have been facilitating groups for 6 years with incarcerated men and women using drama therapy techniques to access emotions, conflict resolution, enhance self-esteem and trust. I work with social justice framework and use their personal stories and/or Shakespeare to access universal themes and facilitate personal growth.
