Hello! I’m Lori Karner, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing over two decades of diverse healthcare experience to your service. My journey has led me through the realms of Family Practice, Mental Health, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Pain Management, and supporting those overcoming Opioid Use Disorder. My commitment to your health is unwavering—I continuously update my knowledge and practice the latest in evidence-based medicine to ensure you receive the most current and effective care.

My approach to healthcare is simple: you come first. I believe in nurturing a partnership with you to promote wellness and prevention. Whether it’s mending minor injuries or managing chronic conditions, I’m here to provide compassionate and efficient care tailored just for you. Please keep in mind that I do NOT prescribe controlled medications.

Having worked with patients from toddlers to seniors, I’ve honed my skills in a broad range of services including women’s health, pediatric care, and even performing DOT physicals for those who keep our roads safe.

I take pride in being recognized by my peers as an experienced educator and mentor for upcoming healthcare professionals. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, where I graduated with honors.

Outside the clinic, I stay connected with professional communities as a member of several Nurse Practitioner organizations. This engagement not only keeps me informed about the latest trends but also allows me to contribute actively to the growth of our field.
